The founder of the company has a perennial experience as a lawyer of UWV, IND, Ministry of Justice, and VANDIJK law firm in Rotterdam. ADWIZA offers professional expertise and advice in different law fields. ADWIZA cooperates with law firms, notaries and various sworn translators and interpreters. Its main specialization is Labor Law and Social Security Law.

BACKGROUND de Groot-Sikora is born in Wroclaw (Poland). She has lived in the Netherlands since 1983 where she went to high school and later she was graduated from the University of Utrecht, her major being Dutch Law. Izabela de Groot-Sikora speaks few foreign languages. She is fluent in Polish and Dutch, both in writing and in speaking. This gives her a possibility to assist the East European clients with juridical problems. With a special care for this specific group of clients ADWIZA has expended its services to accompanying of car accident damages, real estate matters, contract conciliations and mediations between different institutions and clients. Since 2018 she works as an official interpreter in the Polish language.
