Regulations

The following regulations are important:

  • Contract of assignment
  • General conditions
  • Costs
  • Dissatisfied?
  • Discounter

Contract of assignment
During the first conversation, often already during the first phone contact, ADWIZA discusses the manner of your collaboration and the costs that are to be expected. The businesslike aspects are defined in a so called contract of assignment which is to be signed by both parties – ADWIZA and you as a client.

General Conditions
In the contract of assignment ADWIZA refers to the General Conditions which are applicable at the time together with the rules of conduction of the Dutch Association of Legal Juridical Advisors (NVRA).

Costs
During your first contact ADWIZA informs you about the hourly rate and other additional costs which are to be paid by you. ADWIZA has a reasonable hourly rate price and tries to estimate the total costs up front. If a court procedure might take place you need to consider extra costs which the court is going to charge you with. These costs are different according to case. More precise information is to be found here: www.rechtspraak.nl. This includes the cost of a copy from the congregation register, bailiff costs, translation costs, a standing charge by the court.

Dissatisfied?
ADWIZA will do everything to provide you with the best service possible. If, however, you find ADWIZA’s help unsatisfactory please do not hesitate to make it knowable to ADWIZA. ADWIZA will do its best to find a way to a better cooperation with you. Should you be unhappy about the solution proposed, you are entitled to submit a complaint to the College van Toezicht of the NVRA (article 20 van the rules of conduction). This can be done only after you have displayed your complaint to ADWIZA first.
